I don't know about women as a whole, but for white women, yes. There have only been two instances since 1952 that a Dem Presidential won the majority of white women (1964 and 1996). Minorities, meanwhile vote D with extreme consistency. Carry on about how every poll ever done is fake if you must, but that doesn't explain how Dem strongholds "mysteriously" follow minorities around.
