management, diversity hires and Hr all gone. Keep the engineering, but not their minders.
Some of the engineering department will need to be purged if you want to excise the ideological rot.

There's also a subset of actual engineers that will do so as well. Much of the industry is ideologically captured and it's not just the touchy feely jobs.
