The US Air Farce is practically done. Years of paper pushers being promoted with their lackeys, putting talented pilots on drone duty (dead end career wise), and forcing them to take the jab has disenfranchised a generation of pilot families. Think Russia is bad sending that old man to fly? Wait a few years and 80% of the fly boys move to commercial airlines to get a raise and their children sign up somewhere else to make a living.
