Patriotism that takes the form of a desire to defend the Constitution, to take part in something larger than one's immediately shallow life, and to find employment with decent benefits.

These are still strong attractions, despite the cowardly, treasonous, woke nonsense oozing from some top brass.

The only hope is that some young men still value the idea of the American Republic and believe leftist subversion can be defeated.

They should recruit from Young Americans for Freedom or something. They might if their recruitment wasn't driven by accountants who only care about new meat, regardless of its condition.
