I'd say that women, on average, are better at social Machiavellianism than men. You rarely see men being effusively nice to someone while being a Mean Girl behind his back. As I understand it, that is fairly common among women.
That's why they make up the majority of college professors and public school teachers.
They are naturals at the petty backstabbing identity politics that are job requirements for academics.
