Federal law only needs to state that corporations over a certain size [so the mega-corpos] are not allowed to discriminate against customers based on any characteristics other than those directly related to their banking activities, and that any such policies must be enforced in a consistent and non-discriminatory way.
So banks shouldn't be able to fire anyone, even if that person is universally hated, so long as they aren't doing stuff like bouncing checks.
No. Discrimination is retardo speak for rational thought. All people discriminate all the time. You can't ban discrimination because even if there are 100 illegal reasons to fire someone there will always be a million legal ones, including they just don't like you or you smell funny.
Ban usury and central banking. Break the power of global banks. Ban nonsense such as 'national debt' (which can be done with EXISTING laws). There, problem solved.
