Also if that's true what kind of fucking attorney would allow a 22yo client to plead guilty to that. That's worse than the Jan 6 lawyers.
His plan was to join the Army, get training, then do murder. That seems like a lot of steps.
It may not be an allow situation but the client is too stupid to contain himself.
