FTFY. Why take a risk where even if you're right, the employee is only 71% as good as a male hire? The only reason this isn't the norm is that companies who hire the best, i.e., not women, are punished either by the govt or the media and activist orgs.

ANY organization - sufficiently large - trends left over time. Constitutionalism - keeping it small, churning controllers, and shackling the big - is the ONLY known way to even slow that down...
