Rowling is a TERF nutter.
She is raging against the modern Current Year only because she is Current Year Minus Ten and didn't get on the bandwagon early enough. But she HATES Current Year Minus Ten Minus Ten (-20), they're pure evil, and wonders why people in Current Year hate her Minus Ten views, never putting together that it's just a chain of generational hate.
Whether her works are good or not is independent of that beliefsystem, though.
She's not even that. She's pro status quo without any understanding of what it is or why it matters.
She's written a few raging screeds name checking "incels" - the lurking terror hiding under every woman's bed. She's an idiot. A genuine manhater, dress or no dress.
She's just further up on the slippery slope... give her time.
Honestly though, she probably won't budge from her current positions. Most people have a limit on how much they're willing to change. The big leaps come with the brian-washing of young people who push the envelope of what is acceptable... and the politicians who don't have a limit as long as it helps them gain more power.
It's crime fiction. I don't read the series but I'd assume she picked this subject to redpill people about the dangerous madness of leftists.
Who knew her love-hate relationship with a strapping young lad Bridgeish Swede would end like this?
Because she's said that trans aren't what they pretend to be. Which is simply the fucking truth.
Again, to shut these fuckers down, just ask them if Tigerman turned himself into a real tiger.
Honestly some real good fake Twitter handles in the snippets I've seen of her book. @I_Am_Evola and @AnomieGamemaster are absolute bangers. Though they also imply that it's the RW harassing JK
I'd give his substack a look
Probably worth a follow
I'm fairly sure some Harry Potter books were 400+ pages longer than Dune. Dune is not a very long book as far as classic scifi/fantasy goes
Dune was well-edited in part because it had to be serialized. After Herbert got famous, he fired the editor, evidently.
I was really interested until the length part was mentioned.
