Titan (0.0288) and Triton (0.00002) both have eccentricities less than Luna's 0.0549 and they can cause solar eclipses on Saturn and Neptune.

You REALLY need to work on your reading comprehension (I’ll bold the important part OK?):

lead to a statistically implausible scenario: perfect solar eclipses on the only body we’ve ever found with life on it.
