As much as I hate to admit it, Styx is right here. The GOP argument has always been that abortion rights should be up to the individual states. Unfortunately, that means some states will continue to allow abortion.
The court published its 6–1 ruling to affirm the lower courts' judgment on April 26, 2019 which stated that the first section of the state bill of rights in which "all men are possessed of equal and inalienable natural rights" include "a woman's right to make decisions about her body".
What a load of absolute dogshit. The state supreme court just pulled that completely out of their ass.
This was a +15 state for Trump. I wonder why the voters went +17 in the other direction for just not having abortion be constitutionally protected.
Concerned? I'd say yes, probably. Just because at least I think this is close to the state of public opinion about abortion. I'm not sure the opposition is totally off base when they say the majority of people want abortion to be available. I don't have any data to support it, just a feeling of how things are. A result of the degeneration of society of the last 25, 50, 100 years or whatever.
It's a good signal to Reps not to go too extreme on abortion law right now, even though its the right thing. People aren't ready yet. You need to win the culture war.
Trading for basic necessities should fall under "Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness." I might not say it's a definite "right," but it's one of those things that once you violate that trust, all too many laws go down the toilet, because further enforcing them means civil war.

A service cannot be a right.
Is there a right to buy food?
Do you want to be the one to enforce preventing someone from obtaining necessities without the most severe of causes?
Does it matter for the question whether it is a right?

Tell that to them. D+38s are probably going to be D+40 at least.
Trump has to drop the pandering to women now.
There is no 'we' here.
So you want the feminists to win?
Nah, but I am not going to be conscripted by you into a 'we' that apparently opposes abortion.
This is perfectly in line with what should be. Whores and sluts and regular people in kandass want it too.
