My brother's girlfriend is like this. Dude works a full time job, she sit on her ever-expanding ass at home, incapable of even getting a 10 year old to school on time.

She thinks just being in the presence of her own child while he plays roblox is doing something. She doesn't even cook half the time, just spends my brother's money on takeout 3, 4, 5 times a week.
He is very much having a rough go of it. He's autistic (not meme-autism, but rather compulsively-rocks-back-and-forth-and-can-identify-every-single-pokemon-by-sound-alone autistic) and his mother is completely useless.
His biggest problem is not his autism, but rather that his mother never says no to him. He does terribly in school, but he has learned one thing and that is that he can walk all over his mother while dad's at work. All he has to do is throw a tantrum, make some offer that he'll behave if he's paid off with literal cash, and her stupid ass falls for it every time. Yes, a ten year old with learning disabilities is successfully running a protection racket on his own mother. She is spreading her warped perception of the value of money to him - in her mind, money is just something she asks my brother, or the government for, and it magically appears in her hand. The kid is being taught that all he has to do is bitch and moan and he will get money.
Which would be a good lesson to learn if he had a vagina, but he doesn't, so he's going to be utterly fucked in ten years.
I have a friend with a girl like this around the same age minus the autism. I have no idea why they put up with it, but in the end all she has to do is bitch and throw a tantrum and after 10 minutes she gets exactly what she wants. I thought she'd grow out of it since I know a boy that was a spoiled little brat as a 5-6 year old and got past almost all of it. But somehow he found a bit of a conscience and a heart and she's still just an evil little demon. I guess you're right though, she's got the magic vagina so she will be fine.
