Well, the old definition was gender dysphoria. Not this new induced "gender" confusion/whateverthefuck. I think that's one big distinction. All these people are - glad we're not on Reddit, I'mma say it! - mentally ill. But some is "regular" and genuine mental illness, and some is cult-induced societal mental illness.

Another distinction: Not all trannies are communists, but all neo-trannies are communists.
