This is predictive programming. Biden wants something like 80,000 new "Tax agents" and he's going to get them. These will be the armed enforcers who arrest people who never willingly or knowingly made errors on their taxes. This Shakira story is about putting the idea into your head that "if your taxes are done wrong, you will go to jail"
