I was looking one of my local breweries (Founders) and they had a drag queen brunch with children in attendance. So I was looking at local liquor licensing because even the in city “strip clubs” are non nude so they can serve liquor. I’m now going to start a campaign and strip Founders liquor license for violating their contractual obligation. Do this with every bar that hosts drag shows with minors.

I would not reveal what brewery it is, as it could allow bad actors to discover who you are in real life, but this is a very good idea.
This is just beyond bizarre, how fast this is spreading and being shoved down our throats.
Couldn’t care less, I’ve self insulated to the point googling me won’t even turn up anything
I dont know about that fren. I just googled Ahaus667 and you came up pretty easily.
LOL! Ok, you got me...
Depends on all the other legal requirements for what constitutes a "strip club", a "brewery", and a "bar". And those regulations are long (the owner of the brewery I frequent inquired to the state as to making changes to the brewery license, and the state sent back an "information packet" that was about 500 pages).
So the downside is, the laws are long, complicated, and non-intuitive; and anyone undertaking this will potentially have a slog. The upside is that, if they are those things for you they also probably are for the owner/manager; and it's potentially very easy to not be in compliance without knowing it.
Hell the "kids" thing may or may not be allowed depending on the particulars of the license.
The ones locally are universal, they include a requirement to ID for any type of sexual/lewd performance
Then I guess that depends on convincing your state officials that this was a sexual/lewd performance. Might be tricky.
Not really, if you have to id for women in bikinis, fags in drag dancing the same way won’t be a hard sell, they’re plenty of evidence because the dumbasses posted it online with a kid giving the drag queen money.
Well let us know how it goes. That's a decent sized brewery, so them getting hit would be a pretty big story.
Luckily for me it’s still a very Christian and Dutch/Polish city
licensing is a scam and shouldn't exist.
I’ve met homebrewers that can remake Trappist beers down to the sediment profile in the water, but heaven forbid they make above a certain amount or attempt to sell it.
Personally I'd rather deregulate a lot of the liquor law nonsense, but equally and fairly enforcing existing laws is also good. Fuck the groomers.
Use local laws, we can win, everyone push to keep America as a Christian nation with a non-theocratic government.
Guess I'm done drinking Founders. That's a shame; they were a good brewery. All they had to do was make and sell good beer. What the hell is wrong with these people?
Woke bullshit kills everything. I live in “beer capital” USA. We have Bells, Founders, New Holland, Perrin, Vivant and Atwater because everything within an hour of Grand Rapids thrives while the woke companies have been bought by foreign investors (founders) and flaunting queerness. To give y’all an idea of Grand Rapids we had more people show up to sweep glass than break it during the George Floyd riots.
I'll use Texas as an example. If you were in Texas, I'd recommend writing a politely and professionally worded email to the executive director and each commissioner of the Texas Alcoholic Beverages Commission. Essentially alert them to what's going on, and suggesting that the regulations be changed to prohibit it. It could be as simple as requiring all "drag queen" performances comply with Texas' sexually oriented business statute. That alone would probably nuke all drag queen story hours at alcoholic establishments.
You might have a harder time convincing the state government in Michigan that this is degenerate behavior.
