I was looking one of my local breweries (Founders) and they had a drag queen brunch with children in attendance. So I was looking at local liquor licensing because even the in city “strip clubs” are non nude so they can serve liquor. I’m now going to start a campaign and strip Founders liquor license for violating their contractual obligation. Do this with every bar that hosts drag shows with minors.

Depends on all the other legal requirements for what constitutes a "strip club", a "brewery", and a "bar". And those regulations are long (the owner of the brewery I frequent inquired to the state as to making changes to the brewery license, and the state sent back an "information packet" that was about 500 pages).
So the downside is, the laws are long, complicated, and non-intuitive; and anyone undertaking this will potentially have a slog. The upside is that, if they are those things for you they also probably are for the owner/manager; and it's potentially very easy to not be in compliance without knowing it.
Hell the "kids" thing may or may not be allowed depending on the particulars of the license.
The ones locally are universal, they include a requirement to ID for any type of sexual/lewd performance
Then I guess that depends on convincing your state officials that this was a sexual/lewd performance. Might be tricky.
Not really, if you have to id for women in bikinis, fags in drag dancing the same way won’t be a hard sell, they’re plenty of evidence because the dumbasses posted it online with a kid giving the drag queen money.
Well let us know how it goes. That's a decent sized brewery, so them getting hit would be a pretty big story.
