A point to note - I understand most of the "technical details" the Biden administration is seeking refuge in will also show a recession, they're just hoping to drag this news out to limit the impact.
Not sure I agree with the strategy.
The Democrat talking point is to focus exclusively on "jobs"
Economists all say jobs are a trailing indicator that lags behind the other things, so the Democrats full well know they are cheating, and are just trying to buy themselves time before the midterms to avoid having to admit they ruined the economy to avoid having to do anything about it.
When I become president, I'll sign a law laying off absolutely everyone.
And then I'll brag about creating 1 million jobs a month, and being at only 70% unemployment by the four years' end.
don't forget the part where you boost unemployment by 300% so the large majority of them don't want to go back to work.
US labor force is 163.5 million for 2022. It was over 166 million in 2019.
Sundance has this one right. Democrats - a label that now includes 90% of mainstream media - are running cover for the predictably disastrous outcomes of their own energy policy. Lefties shut off the fossil fuel in the name of climate change. This sent production prices through the roof, and consumers have responded rationally by shutting off non-essential spending. The dems are trying to spin the massive increase in production costs as a commensurate increase in the value of those products, but that’s not how any of this works; that “value” is nonexistent if no one can afford to buy anything.
All of this is extremely predictable. There’s no way that the people in charge don’t understand what’s happening. It’s a deliberate crisis inflicted upon us by the elites, who have made their intentions known. They want to abolish private property. They want everyone living in a mega city. They want you to eat insects. They want to reduce the global population by 90%. Destroying our economies and deindustrializing our nations is all part of the plan.
Only 90%? Aren't you optimistic.
Idk how it's optimistic. Another way to say it is that they are negotiating ownership of somewhere in the neighborhood of a billion slaves
It's optimistic that you said 90%, and not 98 or 99%. Hell, with the way some people get cancelled (Alex Jones), you could call 99% optimistic too.
Oh well, I guess it's settled then.
End the Fed.
One just has to look at the economy that was handed to them to see what they've done with it.
Are you surprised ?
It would be the opposite if Trump was president. Welcome to partisan media.
So these faggots are trying to kick the can down the road by saying it's only a recession if it's the THIRD quarter. Fucking pathetic.
Is there some gigantic room in which the editors of these shitrags get together and plan the day's headlines? Maybe a giant Skype meeting?
Oh goodie, people can watch their neighbors go destitute and the storefronts around town get permanently shuttered and say "It's only a far-right conspiracy theory we're in a recession!".
I'd be happy if the economy shrank if it meant shipping the turd world back to their home countries and killing megacorps
