How is breast milk not inclusive? If the person produces milk, they have breasts.
Or if they are triggered by the word "breast" what happened to "chest feeding"? They can call it "chest milk". Or if they wanted to be consistent and inclusive why not say "human's milk"?
"Human milk" was one of the suggestions, actually.
