The real explanation is that darker skinned people tend to have worse outcomes than lighter skinned people is because darker skinned people are less intelligent, have a higher time preference, and have worse impulse control.
This explains every "disparity" but nobody in a western country who works for any significantly sized institution can give this answer and expect to keep his job.
This just reeks of the idea that you don’t have real racism to talk about so you endlessly make up issues. Not saying it never happens but forgive me if I don’t think this is a major issue (if they think of it at all) for most normal ppl

Throughout history, humans of a tribe have always been wary or outright hateful of humans of the other tribe.

Koreans and Japanese look down on darker skin people - it indicates they are manual workers out in the sun.
As far as I know Korea and Japan was never colonized by the West.
