130 years ago it was "I just love these negros, they dance and sing with such passion and spirit."
The libs love to worship blacks. Just not uppity blacks like Dave Chappelle or any black conservatives.
the conservatives love to worship blacks who aren't chimping out over the slightest provocations
You don’t have any felonies as a black man ?
BASED NEGRO
This is called "humblebragging". While he is at first glance appearing to disagree with this ridiculous praise, you need to understand that Peele knows that by replying to this guy, he is MASSIVELY increasing the exposure of that guy's tweet, and therefore spreading the praise he is pretending to be humble about.
"Oh, stop. You're making me blush."
Idk man he also told someone else that John Carpenter is the GOAT
Not sure why he is seen as so brilliant. By the time I saw get out I was tired of the white man bad story telling and Us was better but hard to follow somewhat. I heard TZ that he did was lefty talking points. But he loves talking about race
Because that tomato place is super reliable and totally doesn't have an agenda.
Showing ratings from Rotten Tomatoes is like saying: look here's my partisan politician telling you how good their party is. When they started picking and choosing which users can and can't rate movies they became nothing but a joke. Also, "professional" reviewers today are a crowd of woke morons. I don't know anyone, not a single person, that trusts reviews today for movies, music, products, or pretty much anything that has a "professional" reviewing class.
Black Panther is supposedly one of the highest rates MCU films despite not having an actual plot. Anything "black" is basically immune to criticism. It's like how everyone in grade school was super nice to the school retard or whatever and had to suck his ass every time he completed a macaroni painting or something.
So, was Tchala already Black Panther before his dad died? Because he already had the super strength and speed when his dad died in the bombing.
If not, how did he get the powers? Can anyone not king get the powers?
If so, why didn't he have to fight for it then?
And how come after he was already king Killmonger was allowed to challenge him?
Can anyone challenge the king at any time?
And how did KM get into wakanda in the first place? Don't they have forcefields and holograms and stuff?
And the girl guards turned on KM to help BP, so this whole nation just plays fast and loose with the laws? In which case why have them?
Black panther is one of the highest rated films of all time, Marvel or otherwise.
And undeservedly so because upon a second watch I realized it's garbage.
I don't have to be a film expert to figure out that it was very poorly directed. Every action scene is like "something kinda cool is happening that you can't see very well"
I haven't seen "Nope" yet and it looks good based on trailers but based on his past two movies the horror is probably going to end up being the fact that out there somewhere there is a white person being white; just happily saying, "I have plenty of black friends" while dipping sushi in mayonnaise. I do appreciate that the whites he hates most are also the whites I also hate.
Get Out was 2017 eh?
Huh, time flies.
Us is horrible. Complete nonsense. The TomatoMeter is bought and paid for.
Yeah, ive yet to see a single person say they liked it
I liked it. Wasn't perfect. It was fun. So weird.
