That's really strange. A search tells me Dublin is 86% white. Only 2% blacks, but I see a lot of blacks in this video. Think I saw a lot of brown people too, but they might be labeled as white.
They concentrate in the cities.
I did say Dublin. This could also just be an immigrant neighborhood though.
This is Moore Street, slap bang in Central Dublin, near the junction of 2 of its most iconic shopping and tourist streets. It is not cheap to rent or do business there.
