Funnily enough I was at a large venue recently that had gender neutral bathrooms. Or rather, it was a Men's room and Women's room but there were large placards in front of both saying they were "gender neutral."
There were a lot of folks at the venue so you know how things worked? The men went to the Men's room and the women the Women's room.
I work at a large venue and they do the same thing. I assume the same thing happens but I don't know because I just find a men's room that isn't "gender neutral". At my place some of the bathrooms have collapsible walls between the men and women side and they open them up when there's a big event. So it's all one big restroom. I'm sure the predator trannies are thrilled.
