I can see that. Every twitter notification I get of something to check out is a bot posting as an ethot using a generic photo and using a stock line. I literally only like history memes on the platform but everyday I get a notification for some ethot with 1 post.

This was my experience before I quit twitter and this was years ago. For all the feminists whining about women being unheard whoever is running these bot farms seems to think women are heard more.
