I don't really care for Rippaverse, but from all I've seen about it, no one positive about it seems to care he's black. More that he promises non-woke comics.

Interesting how nothing I've seen said about it has been to do with identity politics except from people supposedly on the same spectrum as him decrying him for being black.
Which is why I say not to play their games. For instance I love Thomas Sowell because I enjoy his books and have learned a lot. I’ve seen liberals call him an Uncle Tom so trying to play the identity politics game is dumb
