Researchers said that for people aged between 15 and 39, the recommended amount of alcohol that could be consumed before risking their health was “a little more than one-tenth of a standard drink.”

They defined a standard drink as 3.4 fluid ounces of red wine or 12 fluid ounces of beer.

So you're "risking your health" if you drink more than 10 ml of wine, which is 1/75 of a bottle.

It's amazing - how did all those people throughout history survive, without people hectoring them ostensibly about "health"?

Because we are only allowed the extremes in our political climate. It's either healthy at any size or if something makes you even 1% less "healthy" you must ban it.
