I have mixed feelings about this particular situation. On one hand he clearly realized what he's done to himself, so this screams grooming victim. Convincing mentally unwell people that transing themselves is the solution to all their problems is the standard troomer playbook. We don't tell victims of the (non tranny) groomers that they're retards who should be removed from the gene pool, and I'm not sure there's a reason to treat troomer victims differently.
On the other hand I find it hard to believe he could have gotten all the way to chopping it off without participating in the grooming that keeps this cult alive. I guess my opinion depends on whether he was a Faggit/Discord tranny who groomed others or was purely a victim.
Arguably this pure 100% black/white victim mentality is just as harmful. Because the non-kid victims often made numerous mistakes, often avoidable ones that they are shirking responsibility for to end up in such situations. The kind of brainpower that is in fact not a good thing to keep propagating into the future.
The answer isn't that trannies should be an exception. Its that the stance on it was bad to begin with.
