I'm sorry, comrade, but depicting a philanthropic pharmaceutical company as the bad guys is highly problematic in our current climate. The Ministry of Disinformation really can't endorse messaging which could add fuel to the fire for antivaxx extremists. I'm sure you didn't mean anything by this, but let's try to be better.

Perhaps the antagonists could be a tribe of bald pygmies who fanatically believe in alternative treatments and hate modern science? The game could start with them crashing Larry Croft's Drag Queen Equestrianism Show (hosted at a nursery) and stealing all the horse medicine.
