Yeah, you had Black National (Socialists) screaming for violent revolution, but that's mostly because they were being fully indoctrinated into the idea that a race war was a good idea, and the Soviets didn't mind funding violence and destablaization.
However, as all of the extremists learned, most violence needed to be lower key, more anonymous, more targeted against specific people, and serving the underlying criminal racket that actually funded the revolutionary politics.
This means that most of these groups aren't going to just burn down cities. Instead, most of their violence will be in regards to assassinations, bombings, threatening witnesses, intimidation, turf wars, and protecting their criminal fundraising. It wasn't the nazi with the sign that was going to kill you. It was the 4 of them walking up behind you while you weren't looking, not wearing any obvious identifying markers. Other Leftist & Racialist groups did the same thing.
In all the pix of American Nazis posted here, the women are good-looking in that late-60s/early'70s way: mid-thigh skirts, up flip hairdos with bangs . . . I guess I still have a thing for Laura Petrie.
