No they aren't. One of the best self improvement lessons I learned was learning to enjoy your solitude to the point where it is irrelevant if you are alone or not, which was stoked in creating hobbies that often have no value or appreciation from women.
There are in fact things that enrich your soul that women do not love.
Putting the ability to get women as the only metric of value. Thereby treating women's approval as the only thing that matters.
