Ukraine hasn't been able to pretend it's better than Russia from the beginning. They were shelling cities for the past 8 years. They were stationing soldiers in schools and then claiming that Russia was targeting civilians when Russia blows them up. They were torturing and then executing PoWs on fucking camera. They were not letting refugees leave. Their president is a jew. They have never been the "good guys".
This can't be restated enough.
Official Ukrainian sources were and continue posting about how their forces arrest and torture political dissidents and PoWs.
It's sickening how blatant they are about it yet people still call them "the good guys."
At least Russian sources keep their wetworks hidden and don't wave it in your face.
Now we just have to get the average person to realize that.
