Downvote me if you want but this is something that annoys me to no end.
We have affirmative action that is just racial and gender discrimination. A war on masculinity and father figures. The abuse and chemical castration of kids. Unchecked immigration. Open hatred towards anyone right of center to the point that you can get fired if you have any non leftist views. Entire institutions of federal government openly playing political favoritism.
But the right cares more about men playing in women sports, despite no one watching those. This is were the right draws the line.
Because if they were to admit to any of the former, they'd also have to admit that they failed to resist the move towards them for the past 70 years.
If there's one thing which is a constant for western conservatives, is that they lack any semblance of a spine. At best they're trying to score minor, irrelevant victories and at worst they're pushing the degeneracy themselves under the guise of "we need to get with the times".

No, this is no different to other lines. Republicans have passed laws against CRT, and there have also been laws passed against gay marriage, for example. CRT laws are still in the works. If you look at gay marriage, courts legalized it, and then conservatives gave up. Almost overnight it became a forgone conclusion that everyone had to support gay marriage. The same thing is already in progress for tranny shit. The courts have already laid the groundwork for it. It just has to play out.
It happens because there is no framework to oppose this stuff within liberalism, and conservatives conserve liberalism. Until you get a dominant faction of the right that is explicitly illiberal, this will keep happening. That's a difficult task given that liberalism benefits our ruling class.
I've never seen the right have any strong opposition to anything.

The most I've seen from the right is abortion, that is it. I also think opposing abortion is allowed because feminists want the right to push for it. It allows feminists to keep pushing for the grift of "victims of the patriarchy". They will be in all dominant power structures and they will still be screeching victim.
