I'm sure Poland and Romania will be happy to take them in. Similar cultures and a shared dislike for Russia.

According to a report by the Swedish National Council for Crime Prevention, over the last 20 years, Sweden has gone from having one of the lowest to one of the highest levels of gun violence in Europe—worse than Italy or eastern Europe. “The increase in gun homicide in Sweden is closely linked to criminal milieux in socially disadvantaged areas,” the report said. Gangs—whose members are second-generation immigrants, many from Somalia, Eritrea, Morocco, and elsewhere in North Africa—specialize in drug trafficking and the use of explosives. Crime has become the number one issue in Sweden; before she said a word about migration, Andersson boasted that her party added 7,000 new police officers, built more prisons, and drafted laws creating 30 new crimes. She decried “those who claim that it is certain cultures, certain languages, certain religions that make people more likely to commit crimes”—yet her own government has substantiated those claims.
Ironic since the Ukrainians, overwhelmingly actual women & children, are actual refugees who actually just want a safe place to stay during the war and then to go back. They cant get access to refugee assistance in Sweden because of a previous invasion of fake refugee scumbags who are planning on never leaving.
Sweden needs rescuing.

It's a statement from non elected prime minister Magdalena Andersson. It doesn't mean anything. In Sweden it's up to the municipalities to decide how many people they can take in.
Municipalities only have the income tax from it's own workers to rely on, so their budget is very limited. Regular people are also way more willing to accept Ukrainians than baboons as Ukrainians don't complain over simple living standards and rarely commit crimes.
There's already 4000 Ukrainians coming to Sweden every day, back in 2015 the peak was 1500 per day.
