They make him say the slogan that the Chechen goons make constantly in their videos from Ukraine: "Akhmat Sila" (Akhmat Power) as to mock it.
Okay, so these appear to be some kind of Ukrainian personnel ordering him to repeat a Chechen slogan because they appear to know who he is, and this is to mock him for having trained with the Chechen unit, or been a member of a Chechen unit?
And when you say training, do you mean combat training or do you mean sport training?
On the issue of Chechen death squads, I want to be sure we're being crystal clear on what we are talking about. Are you saying that Chechen volunteers, affiliated with the Russian army, are engaged in execution patrols around Kiev that are assigned explicitly to execute any and all Ukranians they come into contact with?
Or, are you saying that they are a "death squad" as part of their name. In my time, I had a lot of friends who would be part of "death's head" style named units, many of whom were not even infantry. What they might call themselves is different from what they actually do.
This video (probably cut) is very short so I don't know what they're accusing him for exactly.
Kadyrov's guys have a long history of murder (and kidnapping and torture), and Kadyrov himself announced that they're in for bounties. Normal rewards are for things like killing volunteer troops and destroying vehicles. Special prizes are for "heads of Banderovite leaders" (half million dollars) etc. He means heads literally.
Ukrainian SBU claimed they eliminated a special team of them that had infiltrated Kiev city to specifically assassinate Zelensky after having been warned by a sympathetic Russian FSB official. I didn't quite look into the validity of this.
