It's very well possible. I remember seeing a discussion about how a troon-infested Discord server was discovered, and their entire purpose was posting tranny and interracial content on 4chan. That's a collaborative effort designed to undermine a fairly niche site. I'm sure more concerted efforts are made against Elon.
