This is a feature of matriarchal societies. They want to get fucked by a masculine invader. They are inherently unstable because women don't really want to be in charge, they want to submit to the strongest male. If the women of a nation are put in charge, they immediately start sabotaging the nation, "creating drama", to summon the masculinity that obviously doesn't exist since it let them be in charge.
