Good. I used to like the army but now fuck it. I do not give a shit. They should crash and burn and I support any attempt from the left to defund them. They are the one that decided they should be pro identity politics and anti-white and anti-male.
Fuck them, I want US to stop being the world police and completely neuter the army. I have no doubt that if there is a conflict the army will fire on right-wing citizens.
Talking with fellow veterans now, the conversation eventually turns to some form of, "I used to tell people to join for at least useful life skills, but now I warn people to stay away." The people who come from families with a long military tradition are the most aggressive in this stance. More than any recruiting effort from the top, these are the people who are most responsible for bringing in competent people to do the combat roles.
How long until America’s nuclear arsenal will be compromised?
A nuclear war being started by a submarine filled with hysterical women and a tranny captain looking to 41% himself with the rest of humanity sounds like an appropriate final honk for clown world.
Do the nukes even work? The currrent contractors responsible for producing the components of America's nukes all have to pledge allegiance to DIE, so competence is a big ask.
At one point, the British nuclear arsenal used a nuetron absorbing wire inserted into the core as a safety device. A motor driven spool would pull the wire out just before launch. The combination of underpowered motors and corroded wires fusing with the core meant the entire arsenal was merely dirty bombs. And, the Brits were still generally competent at that time.
I come from a military family going back generations (mainly enlisted but 1 or 2 officers) and every single one that is still living would say they would not recommend anyone join today. Even a decade ago they would have never thought they'd ever be telling someone that.
Used to consider joining, myself. Course college got in the way, much to my apparent benefit, sadly. I would never in a million years join it in its current state.
Well, maybe if we happened to go to war with China. Maybe. And that's less being pro-US than me being anti-communist. Course we all know how easy it is to talk big on the internet so who knows.
I feel a deep sadness about not carrying on the tradition. We went all the way back to the American Revolution.

CRIMSON TIDE 2: Bleed Harder
Also a ("secretly") homosexual sub captain starts nuclear war in the British comedy Whoops! Apocalypse.
