It's actually an interesting opposite. Because you've watched hollywood display people losing consciousness so much in a professional manner, when it actually happens it looks "fake" because it's not what you've been taught to associate "real" with as per hollywood.
It doesn't appear like that if you've seen people pass out enough.
Labored breathing
Badly wobbly legs
Staring off into nowhere
Complete lack of a reaction to catch themselves.
The last one is the worst. It's very instinctual to catch yourself, and trained people catch themselves in very specific and safe ways. Sometimes, if you're lucky, you can muster enough consciousness to curl, roll, or get out a hand.
But if you are passed out before you hit the ground, you don't catch yourself at all, which results in rather brutal landings and a high likelihood for injuries that you'd normally think a fall wouldn't be serious enough to cause. You wouldn't think you could get a serious concussion, a broken jaw, broken nose, and broken teeth from falling face first onto concrete, but you absolutely can.
Oh, don't get out a hand, that's how I broke my wrist last year. Kinda knew it was going to be bad as I hung in the air like Charlie Brown (slipped on the ice on concrete.)
I remember seeing lots of people just fucking crumple from heat exhaustion. Concrete parade square + hot, sunny, humid Southwestern Ontario summer. Though people were told not to let themselves get that far, and take a knee when they saw the purple spots.
When I fell from internal bleeding, I fell flat forward, and couldn't move a muscle. Was totally aware and in pain right up until a doctor put a gas mask on my face (and I had to wait a while until my husband got home before an ambulance could be called. I dunno how long. And that's why we now have a talking cylinder.)
I mean, it's not a good way to fall, but if you're going to land on your head, I'd rather break a wrist than a jaw or a skull.
(slipped on the ice on concrete.)
Yeah, you're gonna eat shit no matter what. Hopefully you can tuck and land on your back a bit when that happens.

You have so much in these 2 sentances I have no where to go with this...
Why were you bleeding internally?
Why did the bleeding prevent movement but not loss of consciousness?
Yeah intentional falls will be in-place, so there's a lot of body between the head and the floor, or there'll be an arm out to kill momentum before the skull hits. This one just keeled over backwards and slammed her head into the floor.
Honestly, for a Battalion or Company sized unit, losing only 3 people is probably not too bad for 3 hours in July.
Holy fuck the Corframs though. It's like they magnify the heat on your feet from the sun. At some point, it's just a situation where you can't pass out because you're in too much pain.
There is that point where you've been at parade rest for so long your nerves get pinched and start to go numb.
That looks so exaggerated and fake.
That's what suddenly losing consciousness looks like. I've seen it twice in person. Both times I thought it was a joke at first.
I've seen it, like, a dozen times. Actually managed to catch myself from doing it too.
Eventually, you get to a point where you can see it coming a mile away.
LOL. As you were, soldiers!

Not sure why you're downvoted. At the very least, it appears like this. I'm willing to be proven wrong, as apparently I am.

Even so, significant damage to a wrist is still better than significant damage to a skull. Worst case, you have another wrist.

Talking cylinder? you mean like hawking??

She's in hospital, and they're all reporting it was after that joke, the first joke of the night. Looks legit.
I think Dux is onto something with how real faints looks fake because of holywood.
