If they bring it back when the definition of "fully vaccinated" is 3 or more shots, it might as well be considered a 1 day exemption.

The Public Health Agency of Canada will review how many COVID-19 vaccine doses are needed to be considered fully vaccinated once more people have been boosted, leaving open the possibility the additional shot could become a requirement.

I like how they come right out and admit that it has nothing to do with muh science. They're basing their decision solely on how many people are willing to comply.
