Trudeau's probably a better speaker since he's still young and looks pretty.
You get the sense that none of the other leaders respect him or like him.
Trump was definitely right on that front.
Biden just comes across as an easily manipulated, idiotic career politician (as an outsider). Trudeau, meanwhile? Comes across as a woke psychopath.
The kind of person who will literally wear blackface/brownface, and then call you a "racist" for not listening to enough hip hop, a la Reddit... :-/
So therefore I would say TurdRow is probably worse, at least in that regard, lol...
