Even they admit it isn't the same.
This is child abuse, plain and simple. In fact I would argue that it's pedophilia, since that baby probably isn't getting anything good out of it.
It’s an FTM, not an MTF, so… It really depends on her current hormone levels, as to how useless or otherwise the breast milk will be, for the baby… 😑
It is breastfeeding, though, because that’s a biological woman with a beard, lol… 🤮
I still find it revolting.
