I'm guessing whatever this is will be recolored in post, so what's the drama?
Why not a CGI character to play a literal CGI character?
A lot of times they do face scans of people to use.. and the west picks the weirdest and ugliest people to use for female chars.
That is a cgi character though

<shrug> Why does it matter? The performance will either be good or it won't, and we won't know that until it is released.
(Apologies. I thought this was a still from the set and have since seen it in the trailer. They could possibly still color correct later, but the fact they didn’t is worth the complaints.)
