This weasel made national news in Canada in 2012 while he worked for the Toronto Star after he was confronted by the mayor of Toronto, Rob Ford, outside the mayor's house.
Dale was apparently skulking around in the evening trying to peer over the Ford's fence to investigate some property Ford was trying to purchase from the city that was adjacent to his home.
A neighbour told Ford that someone was skulking around and peering over his fence. Ford personally went to investigate and yelled at the suspicious person.
The brave, intrepid reporter Dale screamed "Don't hurt me", dropped his phone and camera and ran away.
He then used his bully pulpit to describe how scared he was that the mayor threatened him while he was bravely doing his job and eventually filed a lawsuit.
It's not surprising in the slightest that he ended up at CNN. He openly admits that the incident with Ford became his inspiration to become Trump's official factchecker.
No wonder his weasely little ferret face seems familiar. Just once I'd like to not see one of these dips fail upward.
Reading stuff like this just helps to confirm that none of this can possibly be real. I must have died in 2012 during the apocalypse and this is hell.
Global warming us just humans realizing we are, in fact, in hell.
Come on down by the lake of fire, I saved a seat.
