If it weren’t for railroad drug testing policies I’d say they could always put a speed freak on the existing line and call it good.

Well, it's California, I don't think they give a shit. Drug testing is racist. However from what I've heard, the problem is the trains have to stop in that area.

I've got another idea: Soundproof a random boxcar and fill it with a hundred pitbulls in cages rigged to open together with the car door. Nigga breaks the lock and gets nannied.
