Supreme Court strongly indicated in the opinion that the mandate exceeded OSHA's authority to issue. This is essentially a quiet order to the 6th Circuit that it is going to get smacked down if they push it.
you have no fucking idea what actually goes on bedside.
I know that the More Feminine Flu is not a death sentence, yet a lot of people who shouldn't die, end up dying.
I know that Remdesivir causes kidney failure, as well as damaging other organs.
I know that ventilators have a ridiculously low survival rate after being used.
I think you just pretend that I don't know anything. It's why I really don't like health workers. Apart from the fact their incompetence nearly killed me and my mother in separate incidents, as well as giving me a false cancer diagnosis that cost me tons of time and money to check before it finally was revealed to be retarded, I really have no patience for Dr Googles who do fuck all but look up what they're supposed to do and act like geniuses to everyone else, like they're fucking heroes for going onto a PowerPoint that says give this at this point.
I remember in the UK, right at the beginning of the little lab "accident", they had a protocol to put males on palliative care in order of some weird point system, if a woman needed a ICU spot. Not fucking one of them spoke up about it. Not one. Just take the paycheck and ignore the plan to fucking kill people.
Same with the Remdesivir, which they fucking know doesn't work. Even China knows it doesn't work because they tried it already.
Same with the ventilators, the fatality rates are in 90%+ range. How the fuck has not one of them realised it makes everything worse?
Are you basing this being a 6-3 ruling on the fact that the dissent was only signed by the three "liberal" members of the court, and not (either) Roberts or Barret? I can see a case where either of those would simply not sign a dissent against the overall decision for political reasons.
The result was 6-3 on party lines.
I'm surprised Barrett didn't jump to make it 5-4, but she's probably keeping her powder dry for one they can actually win.
Everyone ready to see MRNA plummeting?
Yes! So fucking glad
We might finally be done with this bullshit.
It's literally just a stay on it. It's going back to the Sixth Circuit for a ruling where we might have to go through all this again
And they refused to stay the Healthcare mandate. This is nowhere close to done with the bullshit

In the language of court decisions, the wording of the ruling was basically marching orders directly to the 6th on how the court expects them to rule.
You do know that your hero Roberts + Kav upheld the mandate for health care workers, while Barrett voted no, right?
Healthcare workers are scum anyway. Jab them until you run out of needles, then clean the needles and jab them some more.
Healthy person admitted > Remdesivir > organ failure > ventilator > "oh no, he died of Covid. Get jabbed."
Your 'politics' boil down to "I DON'T LIKE YOU". No matter what precedent or principle it establishes.
The best kind of useful idiot for the radical-left. Which is why you will lose for the rest of your life.
Let me guess, your explanation for why Barrett voted against the mandate for health workers is that "they are mostly female" or something?
What's wrong with making the murderers drink their own poison?
Go fuck yourself.
Sincerely,
one of those healthcare worker scum.

Can always count on leftist judges to go left.
It's the others that are always a toss up.
