I have zero knowledge of the game so I wouldn't catch race, sex, or sexuality swaps. The two women in question are obviously attracted to each other, but it does not go beyond one of them stroking the face of the other. In my opinion that in and of itself - without knowing how things are in the game - is not woke.

You don't have knowledge of the game, nor the characters, and so when the characters -- who were previously not gay -- are turned gay, you don't see it as woke because you've been conditioned not to see it as a problem.

You don't even know why it's not woke, you just don't think of hetero-conversion as woke.

In your own words, you've already been accepting of it because you've already been conditioned to accept it.

This is in result of what's called cultivation theory. You've been conditioned for so long to not see Left-wing propaganda as being woke; therefore your definition of "woke" has been diluted to the point of it being normal for you, hence why I say you're brainwashed.

As I mentioned to the other fellow who also didn't think it was woke, your generation has been so inundated with race mixing, overpowered feminist characters, noble minority tropes, and incessant alphabet soup propaganda that you don't even know what it looks like as propaganda even when it's staring you in the face.

I do agree that I would probably not notice if someone has brainwashed me, but if my level of acceptance is what it always has been, then either that has happened a long time ago, or it has not happened.

You're actually right about this, and sadly this is what I've been trying to get across to so many other users here much older than you.

A user named Smith has repeatedly become frustrated seeing a lot of his favorite franchises becoming subverted with Left-wing woke propaganda. He's in his 40s; he grew up in an era with little to no woke Left-wing propaganda. So he can very readily and easily see it for what it is when it appears in media.

I try to explain to people like him that today's woke propaganda isn't for people who grew up on media in the 50s, 60s, 70s, or 80s. It's for the next generation, the generation after that, and so on and so forth.

Your generation has grown up embedded with the propaganda, it's part of your cultural DNA. So it's much, much, much harder to break the conditioning, or worse yet, to even see it as conditioning.

A good example is that the other user I was responding to in this thread felt it was normal that media uses elements of sapphic erotica to appeal to audiences as a way to subversively get people to accept lesbianism in mainstream media more easily. He didn't even understand that using lesbianism as a gateway into porn, homosexual acceptance, and grooming -- based on porn/erotica -- was propaganda!

Sorry for making this comment so long, but I'm not trying to attack you, just trying to get you to understand that the Left is playing the long game, and each new generation will become more and more groomed at birth into accepting their propaganda because it's everywhere, all the time; games, movies, music, comics, books, and streaming.

You cannot have helped it growing up because you didn't know; it was just part of the zeitgeist of growing up in today's media generation.

Unfortunately, many of your peers within your age group will continue to be fed subversive media. They'll recoil at the more extreme versions of it, just until that becomes normalized enough so that the next generation will see even the extreme forms of propaganda as normal.
