If political cartoons were The Daily Show for centuries before there was a Daily Show, what is the modern day Daily Show in 2021?

Surely, Trevor Noah's TV show doesn't hold the cultural zeitgeist position that Jon Stewart's did in the mid-00s.

These TV shows are there to feed confirmation bias and derision of dissenting arguments to normies and keep them in the box, reminding them what good normal people believe vs. the idiots who disagree with them. This 4chan anon explains it well.
