Can confirm. Started keto a few months ago. Down 60lbs since July. Tightened up my belt 3 inches. Thighs don't have as much contact. Gaining definition where my shoulder/collarbone meet. Went from eating an entire meal of two Big Macs without a second thought to barely being able to finish the patties from a Baconator.

Have you SEEN the size of the average futa? Fifteen inch dongs and balls the size of pineapples. Dude is on a diet of HIGH TESTOSTERONE if he's chugging all that down.
Why not both? I'm pretty sure the diet suggested by his username would be extremely low carb and high protein.
Where you think I'm getting that protein?
