Based on the above list, games featuring post-apocalyptic settings, gay characters, traps, bishōnen, fan-service, historically inspired or alternate history settings, settings accurate to how the world outside of the Chinese government states it, loot boxes, gacha, games depicting gambling, games with Twitch or live-stream integration, smoking, drinking, tattoos, games featuring any military or nation other than China in a favorable light, positive depictions of evil mythological creatures, defeating gods, depicting Nazis, real world religions, games from Japan, and games with an anime art-style would all be forbidden.

loot boxes - so basically everything with multiplayer component
gacha - good riddance
gambling - even as side mini-games? basically everything
Twitch or live-stream integration - Is that thing? That's something that's usually a console feature.
smoking - Can't really thing about any non-western series that features smoking
drinking - Bars are kind of stable background in any setting so basically everything
tattoos - basically everything
games featuring any military or nation other than China in a favorable light - basically all FPS
positive depictions of evil mythological creatures - basically most of jRPGs that experiment
defeating god - basically all jRPGs
depicting Nazis - in case any FPS managed to slip through
real world religions - basically everything
games from Japan - how specific
games with an anime art-style - in case games from Japan wasn't specific enough.
Can anyone seriously think of any game that can go through this extinction filter? All I can think of is Sports games.
Old X-Com style games maybe? Your base would have to be located solely in China, though.
Lots of 3D platformers... that aren't made in Japan.
Puzzle games.
Party games.
Fighting games... that aren't made in Japan, and don't feature smoking, bars, or any depiction of drinking or gambling, or tattoos. I think Override: Mech City Brawl fits the bill.
Flight simulators would be fine as well.
And blood (games with blood have been already banned, as well as ghosts and skeletons etc.).
Games that come with bribes addressed to local Chinese official?
