I still hold to the theory that Covid was going to be released with or without Trump. The plan was to have Hillary win and the totalitarianism would have had 4 years to gradually ramp up. But because of Trump, we had a bit of reprieve from "the plan" and then they just picked up with the fortification of the 2020 elections. The reason it seems like whiplash was because we didn't have the 4 years of boiling that they were counting on.

At this point it's a certainty it was leaked, but now the question was whether it was intentional or simply negligent incompetence.
