They just need to cause enough trouble to get a mistrial and then roll again for a different judge who will get with the program by being completely biased against Kyle.
The judge is saying what occurred is that an officer had a person delete video they were taking of jurors, presumibly outside of court. The Judge then says nahh, if that ever happens again, TAKE the phone and bring it here.
